Nimble Agile Approach

Stratitude believes that success rate of an SFDC project are higher when Agile development methodology is followed in delivering projects. The key reason being that in Salesforce architecture the infrastructure, Application layer and Data layer has been taken care by salesforce. This helps the development team to focus on developing UI, workflows and Integration activities with high business user involvement. So naturally delivering the project iteratively by taking the feedback produces better results when aligned with the user expectations. The project team uses “Stratitude Zen” the Requirements & Test management app to manage client projects as well. This provides all the benefits of following standardized and repeatable process to our customers. The whole Requirements & Test management ability comes free as the “Stratitude Zen” app is our proprietary app. The app provides us the ability to listen to our customers, involve them not only in approval process but also in requirement, design and Review process. Agile approach help Stratitude to be Nimble in its project delivery methodology. We build and reuse the components, best practices from our Knowledge Base to enable us deliver new projects more efficiently.
